Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: 30 October 2026
You can ask Arise Media IT Consultancy Ltd to delete information you submitted through this website.
How to request deletion
Email mdas@am-it-consultants.com or lifetruth2020@gmail.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” Include the email address used in your contact form submission and, if known, the approximate date you sent it. Do not include passwords or other sensitive credentials.
What happens next
An administrator will use the information you provide to locate the relevant record, may ask for reasonable confirmation that you made the request, and will confirm by email once the request is accepted. The information is held for 30 days so that it can be recovered if the request was made in error, and is then permanently deleted. If you tell us within those 30 days that you did not intend to delete it, we will restore it. Deletion is subject to any legal obligation to retain information.
Messages sent to a Facebook Page connected to SecureStreamHub
If you messaged a Facebook Page whose organisation uses SecureStreamHub, email either address above with the subject “Data Deletion Request”, give the name of the Page and the approximate date of your messages, and tell us the name on your Facebook account so that we can find your conversation. Because we act on behalf of the organisation that runs the Page, we will pass your request to that organisation and delete the messages from SecureStreamHub on the same 30-day schedule. If an organisation disconnects its Page from SecureStreamHub, all of that Page's messages are likewise permanently deleted after 30 days. Deleting messages from SecureStreamHub does not delete them from Facebook; use Facebook's own controls for that.
